Entries will be paid at the event and MUST be paid between these hours:
Monday Oct 14 – 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Tuesday oct 15 – 7 a.m. – 8 a.m.
Roping Office – Cadence Bank Center Arena
Cash or Credit Card ONLY.
All Fees must be paid by 8:00 a.m.!
PRCA DRESS CODE IN EFFECT!
Will be live streamed.
Awards and prizes do not come out of the ropers pot!

Event Format

  • Long Round Format: Tuesday October 15 9:00 a.m.
  • Fees: $750 per roper. Enter 3 x PA 1
  • Payback: 85% Payback
  • Advance: Taking 60 to the Short Round from Tuesday’s qualifying round.
  • Rotations: Number of teams will determine rotations and number taken from each rotation to the short round.
  • Ropers: Ropers who are entered in Fort Worth Futurity will be placed in roping so they can make both during long round

  • Average: 3 steer average

  • Short Round Format: Saturday October 19 2:00 p.m.

  • Format: Clean Slate. Three Steer Progressive on 2. Take 20 to Short Round
  • Check In: Short Round Qualifiers will receive their back numbers and jackets at the Red Carpet Gala. You and one guest will be invited for the Champs For Charity Gala that includes dinner, calcutta, and a COJO accoustic set.
  • Pass: One companion pass will be offered for the sold out short round.
  • Prize Line: Awards and prizes do not come out of the ropers pot!
